Items Required for Appraisal

In order to provide the most comprehensive appraisal, we typically request the following items upon engagement.

Brief history of operation to include the year opened, changes in ownership, any changes to the property or business operation, and future plans.

Last three (3) years tax returns, YTD and projected profit and loss.

Current sales contract and listing information.

Current equipment list and vendor information.

Number of vehicles washed per month/year, and average dollar amount generated per car.

Site survey, floor plans, building plans, etc.

List of any developments or roadway changes in the area that may impact the subject.
